The Minister for Works delegates, pursuant to section 5A(a) of the Act, to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the offices as described in Column 1 of the Attached Schedule the power to enter into leases, licences, assignments, variations, surrenders, and other dealings in land up to and including the values stated in Column 2 of the attached Schedule to this Notice. The Delegation from the Minister for Works dated 24 March 2014 is hereby revoked.
