Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased Eleonora Gaglioti, who died on 21 September 2020 are required by the executor Giuseppe Gaglioti to send particulars of their claims within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
