Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Wendy Diane Robinson late of 20 Castle Place, Donnybrook who died on 15 January 2023 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of Wendy Diane Robinson deceased care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury by 15 December 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
