These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998, phasing in increased rents for pastoral leases. The regulations apply to annual rent for a pastoral lease that, as the result of a determination under section 123 of the Act as at 1 July 2019, is greater than 120% of the 2014 determined rent.
