These regulations amend the Co-operatives Regulations 2010. Regulation 4 is amended to include the Co-operatives National Law (ACT) Act 2017 (Australian Capital Territory). Schedules 1, 2, and 3 are amended to replace 'transferee’s executors' with 'receiver’s executors' in various clauses.
