Declares a quarantine area within 21 Local Government Authority boundaries in Perth Metropolitan area for 6 months due to Polyphagous Shot-Hole Borer. Restrictions apply to moving wood, living plants with woody stems, and wood machinery out of the quarantine area. Failure to comply may result in a fine or remedial action.
