The minister for planning has approved, as advertised, the abovementioned amendment to the metropolitan region scheme. The amendment is shown on western australian planning commission (wapc) plan number 3.2616 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the government gazette. Copies of the amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from tuesday 17 january 2017 to friday 17 february 2017 at western australian planning commission, william street, perth, j s battye library, level 3 alexander library building, perth cultural centre, city of nedlands, city of subiaco. Documents are also available from the planningwa website www.planning.wa.gov.au.
