Under the powers conferred by Section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Council of the Shire of Collie resolved on the 12 May 2020 to adopt the schedule of Fees and Charges, effective from 1 July 2020.

Sets new fees and charges for the Shire of Collie Cemetery, effective from 1 July 2026.
Authorizes general retail shops in the Collie local government district to open at times when they would otherwise be closed during the Christmas period.
