Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 22 october 2021, are required by the executors, gregory roy bryant and cyril desmond tolson to send particulars of their claims to tolson & co solicitors, po box 3050, east perth, western australia 6892 within 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
