Amends building services regulations to include exemptions for certain sheds in specific local government areas.

These regulations amend the Building Services (Registration) Regulations 2011. Regulation 13 is amended to insert the definition of 'exempt shed'. Builder work includes construction of an exempt shed for which a building permit application is made on or before 1 October 2024, with a value of less than $40,000, and carried out in the local government district of Chapman Valley, Greater Geraldton, Mundaring, Northampton or Swan.
