Michelle Andrews, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holder for the time being of the office of Executive Director, Compliance and Enforcement and Executive Director, Environmental Protection Authority Services both of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, all of my powers and duties under sections 47(3), 48(1) and 48(2)(b) of the Act. Revokes delegations No. 90, 100, 101, 102, 103 and 133.
