The council of the Shire of Wyalkatchem resolved on 15 December 2022 to make the following local law: This local law amends the Shire of Wyalkatchem Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2022 as published in the Government Gazette on 13 March 2023. Clause 5.10 is deleted and replaced regarding disposal of lost property. Clause 9.2(2A) is added excluding cats from the definition of 'animal'.
