Under the powers conferred by the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, Local Government Act 1995, and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Melville resolved on 16 March 2021 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Melville Health (Eating-Houses) Repeal Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation on the day it is published in the Government Gazette. The City of Melville Health (Eating-Houses) Local Laws 2001 published in the Government Gazette on 21 December 2001 is repealed.
