Janos Laszlo Gerencser, late of 8 Ruan Place, Kewdale, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 13 January 2021 are required by the Personal Representative, Laszlo Kovacs c/- Carlo Primerano & Associates Barristers and Solicitors, Suite 12, 443 Albany Highway, Victoria Park 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by Monday, 14 November 2022 after which date the Personal Representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
