I, michael charles rowe, acting in my capacity as the chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of— (a) executive director, compliance and enforcement; and (b) executive director, regulatory services, both of the department of water and environment regulation, all my powers and duties under section 70 of the act, other than this power of delegation. Under section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, delegation no. 123 gazetted 31 july 2015 is hereby revoked.
