Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Pearling (General) Regulations 1991, to assist the commercial pearling industry manage the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Heather Brayford, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, waives part of the application fee to the amount specified in the table for the issue or renewal of a farm lease, licence or permit until 31 March 2021. This notice revokes the previous waiver notices made under Regulation 6 of the Pearling (General) Regulations 1991.
