Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 December 2019, are required by the applicant for grant of representation, Glen Ronald Brune, to send particulars of their claims by the 6th day of March 2020, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
