Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates all powers and duties under sections 47(3), 48(1), 48(2)(a) and 48(2)(b) of the Act to specified office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 64 dated 24 September 2024 is revoked.
