Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 august 2018 at sir charles gairdner hospital, nedlands aforesaid, are required by the executrix and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 28 february 2019, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
