Nathan Harrison, Director, Aquatic Resource Management, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, has decided to grant an application submitted by SJ & JD Arrow to vary a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Beagle Bay, by issuing a lease and subsequently cancelling the leases known as Beagle Bay Site 1 and Beagle Bay Site 2, held by SJ & JD Arrow. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review within 28 days of publication.
