In accordance with section 73 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, the Workers Compensation (Medical Services) Fees Order 2024 is made. This order fixes the maximum amount of compensation payable for a medical expense, incurred or to be incurred, for a medical service as a result of a worker’s injury from employment under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023.
