It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of Cambridge Local Planning Scheme No. 1 on 04 June 2024 for the purpose of— (a) amending Schedule B entitled ‘Additional Uses’ of the Town of Cambridge Local Planning Scheme No. 1 as follows— No Land Particulars Additional Uses Development Standards A11 Lot 97 (No. 1) Oban Road, City Beach Medical Centre—’D’ 1. No more than 6 consulting rooms and 1 treatment room. (b) amending the Scheme Map accordingly to reflect the Additional Use No. A11 over Lot 97 Oban Road, City Beach.
