It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme No. 7 on 24 June 2024 for the purpose of amending scheme tables and map to remove the service commercial zone and associated permissibility symbols, and amend from service commercial to mixed use.
