These regulations are the transport regulations amendment (road traffic) regulations 2021. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; part 2 amends the road traffic (authorisation to drive) regulations 2014; part 3 amends the transport (road passenger services) regulations 2020.
