Road Safety Regulations Amendment and Repeal Regulations 2021 made by the Governor in Executive Council. Amends the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1975, Road Traffic (Breath Analysis) Regulations 1975, and Road Traffic (Drug Driving) Regulations 2007. Repeals the Road Traffic (Urine Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1983.
