It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Gosnells Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 March 2018 for the purpose of modifying the Scheme Map by rezoning various lots on Kenwick Road, Park Road, Postling Street, and Stafford Road in Kenwick from Residential zones to Residential Development, and establishing a Special Control Area ‘Development Contribution Area 11’ over the Kenwick—South Structure Plan area.
