It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Gosnells Local Planning Scheme amendment on 25 January 2017 for the purpose of deleting clauses and schedules, inserting provisions, deleting definitions, amending clauses, deleting terms, updating clauses and definitions, modifying the zoning table, and renumbering scheme provisions.
