I, Ralph Addis, CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, hereby give notice in accordance with section 17 of the Aquatic Resources Management Act 2016 of the proposal for an Aquatic Resource Management Strategy for the Pinctada maxima Managed Aquatic Resource. A copy of the draft Aquatic Resource Management Strategy may be obtained from the website of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (https://dpird.wa.gov.au) using the Fisheries link. Interested persons who wish to comment on the draft Aquatic Resource Management Strategy are invited to make submissions in writing by 4 pm, 12 September 2018.
