These regulations are the tobacco products control amendment regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on 31 december 2021. These regulations amend the tobacco products control regulations 2006. Delete regulation 10(2).
