It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of Mosman Park Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 7 July 2026 for the purpose of modifying point 5 in Table 6 under Clause 32 of the Scheme by deleting car parking requirements (a) to (j) and replacing them with new text, and deleting Schedule 1—Car Parking requirements from the Scheme.
