It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the town of mosman park local planning scheme no. 3 on 4 may 2026 for the purpose of— modifying schedule a—supplemental provisions to the deemed provisions by— a. deleting clause 13b significant tree register; and b. deleting clause 61(1)(q). ‘the removal of a tree unless it is identified on the significant tree register’.
