The council of the Town of Mosman Park resolved on 24 February 2026 to make the following local law under the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Town of Mosman Park Urban Environmental and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2026. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Town of Mosman Park Urban Environmental and Nuisance Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 13 June 2025.
