It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of Mosman Park Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 15 October 2025 for the purpose of reclassifying Lot 600 (No. 60) McCabe Street, Mosman Park from ‘Reserve—Social Care Facilities’ to ‘Residential’ zone, applying a density code of R40, R60 and R160.
