It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley Local Planning Scheme amendment on 27 April 2022 for the purpose of correction of minor text errors and omissions, and zoning table amendments.

Amends the Bush Fires (Restricted Burning Times) Notice 2012 by setting new restricted burning times for the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley from 1 April to 31 December.
Appoints the sittings of the District Court for the year 2027, including civil and criminal sittings in Perth, Fremantle, and various circuit locations, and specifies Winter Recess dates.
Appoints the sittings of the Supreme Court at circuit towns for the year 2027.
