Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 7 june 2021 at joondalup health campus, joondalup, western australia aforesaid are required by the administrator and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to him by 12 december 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
