Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 november 2021 are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to the trustee at the office of their solicitor solomon hollett lawyers, po box 840, west perth, wa 6872, within one (1) month from today, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
