Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby close the waters of Lake Kepwari to motorised vessels within the following area— location: Lake Kepwari. Those waters in the north-east of Lake Kepwari bounded by (i) the mainland shore, (ii) the shore of the island in the lake, (iii) a line through 33°27.459′S, 116°13.970′E to 33°27.468′S, 116°13.903′E, thence to the western shore of the island at approximately 33°27.564′S, 116°13.920′E and (iv) a line from the island at approximately 33°27.594′S, 116°13.979′E to the shore at 33°27.573′S, 116°14.000′E. All coordinates in GDA94.
