Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 20 June 2020 are required by the Personal Representative, Mr Steven John Knezevich c/- Carlo Primerano & Associates Barristers and Solicitors, Suite 12, 443 Albany Highway, Victoria Park 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by Friday, 11 June 2021 after which date the Personal Representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
