Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Pearls Pty Ltd to vary a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Entrance Island, by issuing a new lease and subsequently cancelling the preexisting lease known as Entrance Island. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review within 28 days of publication of this notice.
