Zopito di cesare, late of 54 birkett street, bedford, western australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 february 2016 at brightwater care facility, kingsley aforesaid, are required by the administrators c/- messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8/40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to him by 21 august 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
