Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased anthoula dimko (also known as ann dimko and ann anthoula dimko), who died 8 november 2020 are required by the administrators aspasia shirley paparusis and agapy sofy dimkou both care of macdonald rudder lawyers, suite 3, 109 james street, northbridge, western australia to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
