Under regulation 60 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013 the area within the boundaries described is declared to constitute a quarantine area for a period of 6 months following the date of publication due to the presence of Red Imported Fire-Ant Solenopsis invicta (RIFA). Persons must not move listed items from the quarantine area except in accordance with the notice or approval. Failure to comply could result in a fine or remedial action.
