This local planning scheme is the Town of Port Hedland Scheme No 7. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revoked— Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme No. 5, Gazettal date 31 August 2001 as amended.
