General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, in accordance with the Table. Shops are required to be closed on Christmas Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day. This order does not affect the operation of the Retail Trading Hours (Burt Street Precinct, Boulder) Exemption Order 2001. The Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Variation Order 2019 is revoked.
