General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and hours in December 2018. This order does not affect the operation of the Retail Trading Hours (Burt Street Precinct, Boulder) Exemption Order 2001 and has effect despite the Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Variation Order (No. 2) 2015.
