The council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 26 March 2019 to make the following local law, which amends the City of Mandurah Fencing Local Law 2015. The local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Amends the City of Mandurah Local Government Property and Public Places Local Law 2016 to update definitions and regulations.
Announces the City of Mandurah's approval of The Bridge Garden Bar and Restaurant venue, subject to appeal within 21 days.
Requires landowners in the City of Mandurah to carry out fire prevention work by November 17, 2020 and maintain it until May 31, 2021.
