Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Joseph Francis Aloysius Sutherland, late of 7/[contact details redacted] before 10 July 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Marcia Joan Cecilia Heeris care of Biddulph & Turley, solicitors of [contact details redacted] 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has notice and the said executor shall not be liable to any person of whose claim she has had no notice at the time of administration or distribution.
