Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Anne-Marie Madeleine Greening, late of 16 Anstey Street, Mundijong, Western Australia (deceased), who died on 22 June 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Reginald James Biddulph, care of Biddulph & Turley, solicitors of 53 Wheatley Street, Gosnells, Western Australia within 30 days of the publication of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice and the said executor shall not be liable to any person of whose claim he has had no notice at the time of administration or distribution.
