I, Michael Charles Rowe, acting as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environment Regulation all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under specified sections of the Act and regulations. Delegation No. 125 gazetted 29 April 2016 is revoked.
