Michael Charles Rowe, acting as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, delegates powers and duties under the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 to the holders of specified offices within the department, excluding the power of delegation and powers under section 53(4) of the Act. Delegation No. 16 gazetted 10 January 2017 is revoked.
